A 130 W sealed-tube CO2 laser cutter with a 4 × 3 ft (1300 × 920 mm) working area. It cuts acrylic up to 13 mm and MDF up to 8 mm, engraves at up to 500 mm/s and connects over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Designed, built and supported by Retech Lasers in Chennai.

Plotbot runs on Windows and imports PNG, JPG, SVG, DXF, BMP and TIF files. Material presets set engraving speed, laser power, scan lines per inch and cutting speed for you, and a real-time preview shows the job before you cut.

How thick can the Plotbot Pro cut?

With its 130 W CO2 tube, the Plotbot Pro cuts acrylic up to 13 mm and MDF up to 8 mm. It does not cut metal; for that, see the Plotbot Fiber.

What is the working area of the Plotbot Pro?

4 × 3 ft, or 1300 × 920 mm — four times the bed area of the desktop Plotbot Plus. For full 8 × 4 ft sheets, the Plotbot Max carries the same 130 W tube on a 2440 × 1220 mm bed.

Is the Plotbot Pro suitable for beginners?

Yes. The Plotbot software has material presets and a real-time preview, so a first job is mostly import, pick a material and cut. Setup videos and the support line (+91 74488 00113) help when you get stuck.

Which file formats and software does it use?

BMP, JPEG, SVG, TIF, PNG and DXF, prepared in Plotbot, Retech’s own Windows software. Version 5.11 can be downloaded from the software page.

Can the Plotbot Pro cut metal?

No. It is a CO2 laser for non-metal materials. For mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper, Retech makes the Plotbot Fiber.

What support and warranty does Retech provide?
